Client with aphantasia — what induction styles work for you?
Working with a client who has no mental imagery at all. Standard visualisation inductions just aren't landing. I've had some success with somatic and auditory anchoring but curious if others have found reliable approaches. Would love to hear what's worked in your practice.

GP referrals — has anyone cracked this?
I've been trying to build relationships with local GPs for referrals, particularly for IBS, chronic pain, and anxiety. Cold outreach hasn't worked. Has anyone had success here and willing to share what approach worked? Thinking about putting together an info sheet but not sure if that's the right move.
NGH Convention recap — worth attending next year?
Just got back from the NGH Convention in the US. Genuinely useful — some strong workshops on parts therapy and a fascinating session on working with complex trauma. The networking was probably the best part. Happy to share notes if anyone's interested. Would recommend for anyone who can make the trip.
How do you handle clients who cancel repeatedly?
I have two clients who cancel within 24 hours fairly regularly. I have a cancellation policy but feel awkward enforcing it — especially when the reasons sound genuine. Curious how others handle this. Do you enforce the fee every time, use discretion, or just quietly move on from clients who do this?
EFT combined with hypnosis — anyone doing this?
I've started integrating EFT tapping into my sessions, particularly for trauma and phobias, and combining it with hypnotic deepeners. Early results are promising. Interested in whether anyone else has developed a structured protocol for this combination and whether there's any peer-reviewed literature I might have missed.
